About This Plan

This house plan is a traditional brick ranch with approximately 2,300 square feet. There is a formal dining room with trey ceiling and formal living room with a cathedral ceiling anchored by the foyer upon entering the home. The spacious family room is highlighted with a gas fireplace and window views of the rear deck. The breakfast room and kitchen are large with an abundance of counter and cabinet space, a separate pantry and a triple bay window allowing for plenty of sunlight. This is a split bedroom plan with the master suite located on one side of the home for privacy.
